~Contract/Guarantee~
1. As the Breeder, we guarantee your puppy to be in excellent health at the time of sale. Puppy will receive a vet examination at time of birth, and another at/or around six weeks of age. You will be given a copy of puppy's health record to date which will show proof of shots given and de-wormings. Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 4 days from final purchase, at their expense. If at this time your puppy is said to be in ill health (a condition that will not go away on its own, or puppy is unable to outgrow), a signed diagnosis is required from your licensed veterinarian for a return/refund. If diagnosis is made after 4 days, a return/refund does not have to be given.
2. Buyer must agree the puppy will not be resold to a pet establishment or for research. If buyer is unable to keep the puppy, please contact the Breeder first. No refund will be given, but puppy will gladly be taken back. AKC registered papers with a signed transfer is required.
3. Buyer agrees to all necessary responsibilities in caring for your new puppy. Food, water, vet examinations, heartguard, exercise and LOTS of affection are an important part of ensuring good health and making puppy a part of your family.

IF BUYER DEFAULTS ON ANY ONE THING IN THE ABOVE SIGNED AGREEMENT, THE BREEDER IS NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
